HOW WE PROCESS OUR PRODUCTS
In an era of heightened health awareness, there’s a growing concern about the production methods of agricultural supplies. At Agrocroft Food Processing, we stand out as one of the foremost Agri Product Exporters, committed to ensuring that the products we export meet all international food quality standards.
With an increasing number of health-conscious individuals, especially when it comes to items like Corn Silage, Wheat Straw Hay, and Rhodes Grass Hay, our commitment to providing 100% chemical-free and all-natural products has become paramount. Consumers are veering away from chemically processed fruits, vegetables, and animal forage and seeking organic alternatives. We proudly offer garden-fresh fruits and vegetables and chemical-free animal forage to cater to this demand.
Hygiene is a central aspect of Agrocroft’s processing methodology. We go to great lengths to maintain hygiene and prevent contamination throughout the cultivation and export process. We ensure that each step in the production process is meticulously checked and monitored to make our products globally renowned.
PHASE 1 - LAND PREPARATION:
At our dedicated 400-acre ground field unit, we focus exclusively on the production of animal forage. All our products are cultivated by specialists using the latest agricultural technology and knowledge. The initial step in growing any type of animal forage involves land preparation, where the best soil, environmental conditions, and other factors are determined.
SEED BROADCAST:
Once the land is prepared, the next step is broadcasting the seeds into the soil. This process requires tilling the soil to a depth of approximately 6 inches before spreading the seeds across the field.
PHASE 2 - FERTILIZER APPLICATION & IRRIGATION:
With the seeds placed beneath the soil, they are shielded from the sun’s heat, preventing them from drying out and protecting them from birds. Adequate moisture is maintained in the planting area until the crops begin to grow.
HARVEST:
The timing of the harvest varies for each field. When the harvest season arrives, it is crucial to harvest the plants promptly, as this significantly impacts the product’s overall quality.
DRYING:
Following the harvest and separation of seeds from the straws, the straws are laid out in the sunlight to dry before packaging.
PHASE 3 - STORING
BAIL MAKING:
Once the feed is properly dried, we use compressing machines to create bales and bundles, shaping the forage into various types of packaging.
STORAGE & MARKET:
Properly sealing and storing animal forage is essential to preserve its moisture content and protein qualities. To ensure long-term usability, we employ the latest packing machinery for storage.
Our comprehensive and meticulous processing approach ensures the production of high-quality, chemical-free, and natural agricultural products. Agrocroft remains committed to delivering products that meet international quality standards, aligning with the evolving demands of health-conscious consumers worldwide.
