Mandarin

Mandarin, orange, and kinnow are all citrus fruits renowned for their delicious taste and abundant nutritional value. These fruits are cultivated and exported worldwide, and Pakistan has been making significant strides in the international orange export market. The Pakistani kinnow, a type of citrus fruit, is known for its excellent flavor and is also referred to as kinnow orange.

Mandarin oranges, sangtra, or kinnow oranges offer not only a delightful taste but also numerous health benefits. They support the immune system, contribute to better skin health, help improve heart conditions, and aid in regulating cholesterol levels. Consuming Pakistani Mandarin oranges may even reduce the risk of respiratory disorders and limit the growth of certain types of cancer.

Kinnow Mandarin Juice is a nutrient-rich beverage. However, it lacks the fiber found in the orange pith, which is the white substance between the peels and flesh. Mandarin oranges (kinnow) are among the most widely consumed fruits globally, and Pakistan is a major exporter of these citrus gems.
